Blair County Gears Up for Olympic-Themed Kids Fun Fair — Free Games and Prizes for All

Children across Blair County are in for an afternoon of excitement as Smith Corner Church in East Freedom hosts its Kids Athletic Games Fun Fair on Saturday, March 14, from 2 to 4 p.m. The free family event offers Olympic-style competitions designed just for kids, from toddlers to sixth graders.

Inspired by the thrill of the Winter Olympics, the fair features creative activities like luge and bobsled races, torch toss, gymnastics, and javelin throw. Every participant receives a scorecard to track points and earn rewards — with every child guaranteed a prize, no matter the results.

Volunteers from Smith Corner Church have turned everyday spaces into lively game stations, complete with handmade props and themed decorations. Prize tables will be packed with toys, dolls, vehicles, books, balls, and more — plus special grand prizes for three age groups.
