Altoona, PA – The Center for Child Justice, Blair County’s Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC) and a program of Family Services Incorporated is excited to host their third annual Toss Out Child Abuse Cornhole Tournament. This set team, double elimination tournament hopes to bring in funds for the CAC and raise awareness around the seriousness of child abuse in our community.
Join CAC staff, volunteers, and community members on Saturday, April 11th at the Bavarian Aid Society in Altoona for this fun event. Doors open at 1pm and bags fly at 2pm.
If you’re into cornhole, pick a partner and register to compete in the Cornhole Tournament. Tournament registration is $50/team (2 people) and payment is made on the day of the event. Teams are encouraged to pre-register at https://share.scoreholio.com/EpFk0T1h4Zb. We are excited to have Bulldog Baggers providing the tournament logistics. The tournament features a $500 top cash prize, attracting both seasoned players and first‑timers alike.
If cornhole isn't your game, come out to cheer on the participants. For a $5/person donation you can participate in a basket raffle, 50/50 drawing, rip tickets, Board Betty games, music, cash bar, and food catered by Tim’s American Café. New this year, is the Cold Hard Cash Raffle. For $10/chance you could win an Igloo Trailmate Journey 70 qt cooler and $1,000 cash. Tickets are available now.
